As a client-centered therapist, I believe that the client is the agent of change in the therapeutic
process. I see each person I work with as having a deep inner wisdom that they can tap into to
guide a process of growth and self-actualization; the process in which a person reaches his or
her full potential.

I offer a non-judgmental and caring space for clients to work through their challenges. I offer a
variety of techniques to help them with this process; primarily Mindfulness-Based Cognitive
Therapy (MBCT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Psycho-Spiritual Therapy, and Hypnotherapy.
Sessions are adapted to the needs of each individual.
