Stephanie specializes in Self Connection and Energy Healing that guides you deeper
inside of who you are, resulting in clarity, confidence, connection, and peace. Stephanie
supports you through individual and personalized sessions where you’ll experience a
combination of self-discovery-therapy with energetic-healing.
Stephanie’s approach is gentle, trauma-informed, and yet quite impactful. Stephanie
works either with her hands on your body, or hands off, depending on your comfort level
and whether the session is in-person, or online. You’ll be guided and supported through
each step of your session. From nervous system regulation to deep inner processing
and emotional connection, this is the space for you to bring all of yourself and get to
know who you are, what you need, and what you truly desire.
Fees: $130 per session
● Initial sessions are 75 minute and follow up sessions are 60 minutes
