It is with deepest sadness for his family and ourselves that we inform you of the passing of Garth Martin on January 30, 2025, just after his 89th birthday.
Both Garth and Marilyn were long-time, faithful members of Knox with a strong commitment to community service.
Garth was forever working on improvement projects for the betterment of Knox like the levelling of our parking lot, acting in dramas at Christmas and Easter, or reading “In Flanders Fields” at Remembrance Day service. Much of this work he did himself putting in many hours to get things “just right”.
Garth loved theological discussions, had a terrific sense of humour, a great sense of fun and a very kind heart. He will be missed most sincerely. Our loving thoughts and prayers go to his wife Marilyn and their family and friends.
