We remember with gratitude and joy the life of Leona McKillop.
Leona was a humble and faithful regular attendee at Knox United, Sunday after Sunday for many years before she moved to Stanford Place to live.
Her daughter Jane and grandson Donovan often attended with her. In addition to enjoying her vocation as a nurse, and community volunteer she raised five children: Jane, Adele, Scott, Dee Dee and Michael and was very proud of her five grandchildren: Donovan, Margaret, Katie, Jamie, and Cameron who will miss her humour, generosity and loving support.
We will be celebrating Leona’s 97 years of living on Thursday, Nov. 17th at 1:30 pm.
