100 Mile Potluck on Saturday, October 26th at 5:00 pm.

Knox United Church Lounge

The Knox Green Team invites you to come celebrate the fall harvest. Let's be creative using local produce and products in the dishes we bring to this meal; plant-based dishes are encouraged.
Please bring a potluck dish to share according to the first letter of your last name:
A-
G: Salad or Appetizer;
H-O: Main dish;
P-Z: Dessert.

What is the 100 Mile Diet?

“More of a lifestyle than an actual diet, the premise of the 100-Mile Diet is simple:
Only eat foods grown/produced in a 100-Mile range of where you live. The aims of
the diet are to promote local and sustainable agriculture, reduce carbon emissions,
and to support local farmers and food producers.”
